Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (POS MALAYSIA / GDEX / UPS) We will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped.

Shipping cost range depending upon your location. Orders typically arrive within 5 - 12 business days.



Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Your order(s) should be received within 5-12 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time that you place your order. 



Your order takes between 5 - 12 business days to reach you because it will go through several processes. 



Please note that delays are possible due to several reasons that are out of our control :



1. Orders that are placed and paid on non-business days such as during weekends and holidays will only be processed on the next available business day. 


2. All international shipment will have to go through custom checking, and sometimes it is possible that your package will be held by them for various reason. This is a normal procedure as they do it in a random manner.


EXCHANGE AND RETURNS 

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we are NOT responsible for damaged, missing or undelivered items in your orders since the delivery companies involved in the shipment that will cover the losses. 


Packages received should be checked immediately and any claim should be reported directly to the delivery company that handle the particular item(s). However, we will assist you in every step to get a successful claim and you money returned. 

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. Therefore, 99% of the packages delivered are in their best condition.

Please make sure there is someone at the given address to sign/acknowledge and receive the parcel. We will not be responsible for lost or delayed items.
