Cancelling Your Order After Last Payment Process
*This is happen when you already hit the CONFIRM ORDER at payment page no matters you choose Online Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit.
Please be noted that sometimes you are not really confirm which perfume you want to buy or sometimes you want to use Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit but later, after transferred, you change your mind and want to pay Online Bank Transfer vice versa.
In this case, we will hold the perfume you choose for 24 hours. This is to give you more time whether to continue or to cancel.
Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy
It is our pleasure to ensure all delivered items in good quality and condition. The returns and exchange policy will only apply if you received :
- Defective items
- Error item(s) delivered to you
You may :
- Cancel the order within 2 days after we have received it.
- You have to return the item(s) in new, unopened and unused.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- We will bear the cost
Shipping / Delivery Policy
We are at the best to ensure your perfume delivered soonest possible. However, there are conditions on that process, especially when you are using online transfer :
- Your order will be canceled if you do not proceed with the transfer within 48 hours
- Your order will be placed 'On Hold' if the amount you transfer is LESS than the stated price.
- If the amount transferred more than stated price, we will reimburse the different soonest possible.
- If your order On Hold for 48 hours, we will can cancel and return your money.
- We will only deliver / ship your perfume once we verify your order.
